Become An "It Girl"

Do you have what it takes to be an “It Girl?”

A large part of my work is helping women become “It Girls” on the inside. 

We work on dating strategies, self-esteem and boundaries while using “The Rules” dating philosophy. We also focus on the law of attraction, femininity and confidence and use tools to get you where you want to be.

​We start off my “It Girl,” course with a Rules girl prayer, designed by the client. 


We spend a lot of time on inner work, but one thing I have learned is we can’t ignore the outsides.  In the course, we work on the whole package, including hair, makeup, beauty, photos, outer confidence, etc. 

The attitude of “He should love me for me, even if I don't fuss about make-up or hair or clothes,” is very common. I am out in the dating trenches in my work as a dating coach and matchmaker and I hear that phrase a lot. The funny thing is, many of the women who say this are very demanding in the type of man they are looking for: They want an attractive/younger guy, but they aren’t willing to do the work to keep up their own outsides. And yes,  it is work to do so.


As Helena Rubenstein said: “There are no ugly women, just lazy ones.”

Here are some quick tips.


Remember, you need to be the best you can be, the best version of yourself. But you don’t need to have model looks. You do need to make the most of what you have and exude confidence and femininity. 



In my “It Girl,” course we give you a top to bottom make-over - we analyze your hair, make-up and the clothes you are wearing on dates. 


We also analyze the look of variously celebrities - some who are model gorgeous, but others who may not be. Whether they have model looks or not, what they all have in common is they look and dress the part of an “It Girl.”


Irina Shayk is one model who often gets the look down right.

In this photo (top), she’s got the puffer coat, the fur, the oversized sunglasses, the leather pants. That’s all she needs to pull off a glamorous winter look.


Also, take note (below) of Angelina Jolie, one of the most photographed women on the planet. She was once Esquire’s “Sexiest Woman Alive.”

Her clothing choices aren’t typically complicated. She wears solid colors, nothing too flowery or busy. Her style is timeless, but she is not TOO fashionable. 

I love Amal Clooney, and she is the epitome of the “It Girl,”  in most respects, but sometimes her looks verge on costume-y. She can get away with it, though, because she has George!!
